During Christmas, we stayed in a hotel located on a hill with beautiful views of the surrounding area. the vegetation was lush and impressive, and the views of a nearby lake were stunning. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, constantly making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. we were impressed with the cozy and traditional Mexican decor of the rooms and common areas.
the first was the lack of hot water in our room, which was frustrating and disappointing, particularly during the holiday season.

I liked the staff - Samuel was fantastic during the whole trip! The owners are really warm and friendly and will do anyting to make your stay a pleasent one. I also liked the view from the room and from any where inside the hotel really - it has a glass facade facing the lake, which is beautiful both morning, day and night. The beds were good as well, and they had a nice and long breakfast, no stressing to get up in order to make it down to eat. The hotel has nice facilities like a nice bar, gamerooms and a tv.
Its a mix of styles, trying to mimic a fancy hotel but without succseeding. During breakfast karaoke versions of beatles are played - very load - it will wake you up if still asleep. The coffe looks like tea, if you order "tapas" on the menu, you get small, grilled cheese sandwiches tasting nothing. The hotel lies outside of town, with no lights and a bumpy ride up the hill. But if you eat in town, take a taxi home after dark, and ask the caretaker to light the fire in your room - without it you will be freezing your toes off - you can have a nice and cosy stay. The internet doesnt work in the rooms, but there are plenty of internet cafes in town if you are in real need of cyberspace. And how much time does one really spend at the hotel anyway?

The hotel was located on a hill which offered a great view of the surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and had a fireplace which added a cozy touch. The bar had a good selection of drinks and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The food portions at the restaurant were too big and not always well-cooked. The lighting in the dining room was also too bright, which made it uncomfortable to dine.

Staying in this hotel was a treat. The hillside location provided exceptional views from every corner of the hotel. The hotel's architecture, décor, and landscaping were genuinely stunning. I found the guestroom to be extremely clean and cozy, with a fireplace that added to the warmth and comfort of the room. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was amicable and helpful, providing us with adequate information about the hotel facilities and transportation.
Can't fault this hotel in any way; it was a fantastic experience overall, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in this city.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience that fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. the room was stunning, with breathtaking views and charming Mexican decor. the Jacuzzi and spa centre were a highlight, providing a relaxing escape. the breakfast was delicious and can be taken in-room for added privacy. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff making me feel welcome and comfortable.
My only issue was with the hot water, which took a while to come through. this was a minor inconvenience that did not detract from my overall experience.
